About Reckon

Reckon is a native task manager for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch that uses your Notion database as the system of record. It is built by Carrotly Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.

Why we built it

Notion is one of the best places in the world to organise the structured side of your life — your tasks, your projects, your meeting notes, your reading list. But Notion was designed first as a desktop and web tool. On mobile, the experience is heavier than it needs to be for the simple act of completing a task while walking out the door.

Reckon exists for the people who chose Notion as their single source of truth and want a fast, native mobile lens onto it — not a separate todo app that exports CSVs back and forth, and not a new system of record. Open the app, complete the task, move on. Your data stays where you put it.

What we believe

What's next

Reckon is in closed TestFlight beta. The 1.0 release will land on the App Store once we're confident the offline sync engine is rock-solid across the long tail of Notion database shapes. After that, the near-term roadmap includes deeper Apple Watch complications, a Quick Capture share-sheet extension, and a Mac menu-bar companion for people who want to triage their inbox without leaving keyboard focus.

We will not add team collaboration, AI summarisation, or anything that requires us to persist task content on our servers. Those would compromise the core promise: your data stays in Notion.
